Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Shipping within the USA
Orders over $40 USD ship within the US for free. Orders to east coast locations will arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders to west coast locations will arrive within 5-7 business days. Orders under $40 will cost ~$4 to ship (cost calculated at checkout).
Shipping internationally
Orders over $85 USD ship for free outside the USA. On the checkout screen, there will be options on carriers and estimated times which depend on the country, but can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Cost under $85 will cost around $15-30 depending on the country, costs calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange your purchase (online or in-store) for any reason within 30 days of purchase date. If you experience any quality issues with your jewelry within 90 days of your package's arrival, we will provide a replacement or refund depending on the item and circumstances. Submit a request in the Contact Us form and include:
- Purchase date
- Confirmation of delivery or receipt
- Picture of product showing quality issue
