Shipping within the USA
Orders over $40 USD ship within the US for free. Orders to east coast locations will arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders to west coast locations will arrive within 5-7 business days.
Shipping outside the USA
Orders over $85 USD ship for free outside the USA. On the checkout screen, there will be options on carriers and estimated times which depend on the country, but can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange your purchase for any reason within 60 days of purchase date. If you experience any quality issues with your jewelry within 100 days of your package's arrival, we will provide a replacement or refund depending on the item and circumstances. Mystery Bags and items discounted prior to discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our items are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant, however with proper care your jewelry will look like new for an even longer time.

How does it work?
1. Get a compatible earring (post)
This converter only works for earrings with a post, which is the needle on the back of the earring. See our post earring collection below for all our compatible earrings.
2. Insert post into converter
Any size post should work, one converter should work for all your post earrings!
3. Clip it onto your ear
Move the clip-on closure back, put it over the ear, and close it over the ear. Our clip-ons are hypoallergenic and comfortable for all-day wear.
